Mick
and Di Poole are MaD about FISH and the lack of availability
in our area.
For those of you who don't know us we ran
the successful Queen's Head pub/restaurant at Queen's Head,
nr Oswestry for 13 years until June 2006. Mick is a
qualified chef and we have both worked in the pub and
restaurant business for 28 years.
We source most of our fresh fish from day boats throughout
British waters where our buyers choose only the
best fish to be delivered to you.
We then prepare and process all your fish to your
requirements.Fresh fish is the healthy choice for today's modern
lifestyles, rich in Omega 3 oils and low in cholesterol.
With quick cooking methods and access to a wide range of
recipes via our website, cooking fresh fish could not be
easier.
All delivered to your door, with the emphasis on the
quality and freshness of the fish.
MAD NEWS
MaD
about Fish goes from strength to strength.
May sees the introduction of a new price list, our first for
nearly 2 years.
We have introduced some new products
and removed some which have become more unsustainable with
most prices staying the same.
We have absorbed most of the
increases afforded onto us.
We now have a regular feature of Monthly specials which are
accessible from our new link on the side of the page. We are
featuring fish at it's best in season and offering a
supermarket challenging price.
We are now supplying our local neighbourhood shops with
a selection of our most popular fresh fish. We deliver to
them Friday mornings, so if you prefer to support your local
village shop our products are currently available at West
Felton village stores, Moor Farm shop, Ruyton X1 Towns
stores, The Knockin shop and now also at LLandrinio village
stores and service station and Llanrhaeadr butchers David Keegan's
and Llansantffraid and Four Crosses

We are also now available by pre order from Battam's
butcher's, Oswestry.
